Future Plans

Hello all!

We hope that you had a wonderful Easter and felt all the blessings of the special day!  We enjoyed a great day with good friends and lots of good food! :)

I figured it was time for a little update on what is going on here and what our plans are for the future.  Back in January we had to make the decision of whether or not we were going to return to ICSB for another year (or more).  When we first got here in August, we were only planning on staying for one school year, so the possibility of staying longer was a new one for us.  We prayed about it a lot and talked to different people, but Brandon and I both came to the conclusion that it was time for us to go home.  We feel like we came and did what God had for us, but that He is asking us to move on now.  It was a hard decision to come to, but we feel a peace about it.  We both still love what we are doing here and have enjoyed ministering to all the kids here.  It couldn't have been a better year for us.  And we still have two more months to do it! It will be hard to say goodbye to everyone in June!

With that said, Brandon and I would like to continue to ask for your support.  As we wrap up our school year here, we would covet your prayers for our ministry in these last two months.  Prayer that we would continue to get the most out of this experience and give our best each and every day.  Prayer for the transition, as we prepare to say goodbye and start over again.

We would also greatly appreciate any financial support that you are able to give.  Thanks to God's provision through all of you, we have been able to live off of support since we have been here.  As our time comes to a close, we are still very short of where we need to be, however.  We would be very thankful if those of you who are supporting us, would continue to support us through August, as we transition back to America and have to find new jobs and a place to live, etc.  Thank you for all that you have done for us!

We cannot wait to see everyone again!  Thank you for being there for us through this whole amazing experience....and it's not over yet!!
